Troika-What I Did

The most important thing I did while at Troika was working within, and eventually taking over, the Netnographic Insights department for the Fandom project. What that entailed was leading two other researchers in a daily task list, presenting our findings interdepartmentally, and presenting Netnographic findings directly to the client, alongside the head of R&I.

While at Troika, I also used primary research to craft a fan-first social media strategy for the season premiere of a critically acclaimed cable drama, following a controversial season finale. In addition to that larger project, I, along with others within the R&I department, were in charge of translating often complex data into larger points of comprehension for clients, as well as answering smaller questions about fan-focused marketing and the overall projection of various media projects.
